Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern the use of astraarcana.ru and the Astra Arcana online service. The service operator can be contacted at info@astraarcana.ru. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Nature of the service

Astra Arcana creates automated, personalized entertainment and self-reflection material using astrology calculations, classical numerology and symbolic Tarot interpretations. Symbolic rituals are guided reflective experiences. The service does not diagnose supernatural causes and does not guarantee predictions or outcomes.

Results are not medical, psychological, legal, investment or financial advice and must not replace a qualified professional.

3. Orders and prices

Current products, contents and one-time prices are listed on the Pricing page. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. The customer must provide a valid email, accurate input and explicit acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Payment and delivery

English-language orders are priced in USD. A third-party payment provider shown at checkout securely processes payment details; Astra Arcana does not receive or store full card data. The contract is formed when the provider confirms payment.

The customer authorizes immediate automated performance after payment. The service normally provides a private result link and PDF within minutes and no later than 24 hours if a technical delay occurs. The customer is responsible for protecting the private link.

5. Automated content

Automated technology and artificial intelligence may be used to prepare the material. The customer understands that astrology, numerology and Tarot are not scientific methods. Interpretations may differ and should be used as reflective prompts rather than statements of fact about another person.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit illegal, abusive or highly sensitive information.
• Do not attack the service, bypass limits or automate spam requests.
• Do not resell reports or present service materials as professional medical, legal or financial advice.
• Use the result responsibly and make your own decisions.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Privacy and intellectual property

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Customers may keep and privately use their own result. The site design, software and general content may not be copied or resold without permission.

9. Availability and liability

The operator uses reasonable measures to keep the service available and secure but may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or legal compliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing terms

The laws applicable to the service operator and mandatory consumer laws in the customer’s country apply as required. Parties should first contact support, without limiting the right to contact a regulator or court.
